What was your first job in the realty industry? A Realtor.
What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? Workout, listen to meditation music, attend church and get a massage. Also, sometimes sushi and saki help.
Where did you grow up? New Caney, Texas.
Growing up, what did you want to be? A dancer or a real estate agent.
If you could have lunch with a well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? JFK and Marilyn Monroe at the same time.
Where is your favorite place to hang out? Kingwood Country Club.
What do you love most about the industry? Helping people. I love making other people happy. This line of work allows me the opportunity to go above and beyond for people in lots of ways. I just love it.
How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? With amazing service and a true passion and commitment for helping them. It’s not just another transaction to me. I take it on as if I am buying the home with them. I take what I do very seriously for my clients, but at the same time, I like to keep people uplifted and happy and remove as much stress as possible by knowing how to run the transaction very smoothly.
What is the most difficult aspect of your job? Late night work sometimes takes its toll, but it’s a sacrifice I am willing to make.
Where do you go to network and meet new clients? Everywhere I go. There isn’t a time or place that I am not networking. It’s a constant job and way of life for me.
What has been you greatest accomplishment? Teaming up with my Husband Julio Kiliddjian and reaching our goal of platinum production. We have had our bumps in the road, but I can say there isn’t anyone else I would rather work next to everyday. I love that fellow, and I am very thankful to have him by my side.
What was the last good movie you saw or book you read? The movie Actually, a free book that I got on the Kindle app called “Success and Happiness: Quotes to Motivate, Inspire & Live by.” Great read, and it’s free. Check it out!
What is your favorite restaurant? Asian City.
Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Houston? I love several of the Greek Orthodox Churches. St. Basil is really special. They take my breath away.
What kind of car do you drive? Mercedes E350 Sport. Love it.

What is your favorite city after Houston? Athens, Greece
In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry? Go all balls to the wall or nothing at all.
