What was your first job in the realty industry? An agent.

What do you do to relax when you’re stressed?  Yoga or read.

Where did you grow up? Miami, Fla.

Growing up, what did you want to be? Surfer or a police officer – depends on what day it was.

If you could have lunch with a well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? Eleanor Roosevelt – to discuss social reform and how to change the world we live in.

Where is your favorite place to hang out? The beach. The sound and smells of the ocean brings peace to my soul.

What do you love most about the industry? The opportunity to meet new people and help them achieve the next steps on their life journey.

How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? I try to get to know clients to learn what they want to achieve.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job? Dealing with a client’s disappointment when a deal does not work out.

Where do you go to network and meet new clients? The fun things I love to do – cook, garden, crafting, reading. It is easier to get to know people when you share some of the same interests.

What has been your greatest accomplishment? Being a step-mom and wife.

What was the last good movie you saw or book you read? “The Postmistress” by Sarah Blake.

What is your favorite restaurant? Jaspers.

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Houston? Heritage Plaza.

What kind of car do you drive? For fun: PT Cruiser Convertible; for work: Toyota Rav 4.

What is your favorite city after Houston? San Francisco.
