Agent Snapshot: Tiffany Stepanski, Team Leader and Listing Specialist, Keller Williams Realty Memorial, Spring

Tiffany Stepanski

Tiffany Stepanski

What was your first job in the realty industry? Loan processor and Realtor assistant with my uncle.

What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? Enjoy live music and performance arts in our great Houston arts scene, or dance (Latin & swing dance are my faves!)

Where did you grow up? Born in Springfield, Mo. I relocated to Houston and grew up in the Jersey Village area of northwest Houston.

Growing up, what did you want to be? A journalist or professional event planner – until I fell in love with real estate.

If you could have lunch with a well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? Lucille Ball. She was not only a hilarious person, but a strong female figure and is more than meets the eye (like me).

Where is your favorite place to hang out? Any place my family is together, but especially Hermann Park. We love being outside!

What do you love most about the industry? The continuous growth and global attention our great city and state are getting is amazing. I like to think of myself as a global citizen and being able to help families discover the treasures of Houston everyday is such a joy. And I get to continue discovering new unique communities as well.

How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? Personalized customer service makes a difference in everything we do as agents. For my team, PRIORITY Property | Group, our personal connection and commitment to each of our clients with the latest tech tools has continued to push us ahead of the pack.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job? Time management. We enjoy what we do so much that we lose track of time easily! We are probably the happiest work-a-holics ever.

Where do you go to network and meet new clients? I enjoy live music and performance arts, so theaters in Houston (large and small) are great places to meet all sorts of new people. I also enjoy meeting other puppy parents at dog parks with my puppy son Wesley.

What has been your greatest accomplishment? Pushing past my naysayers who told me to play it safe and stay in the corporate office world instead of venturing out as an independent agent. Joining forces to form PRIORITY Property | Group has been just absolutely fantastic.

What was the last good movie you saw or book you read? I loved The Intern! We can all learn so much from one another and grow as a community, and I feel like the movie reminded us of that.

What is your favorite restaurant? Nelores Brazilian Steakhouse

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Houston? The new Houston Ballet Center downtown is amazing inside and out, along with the Bayou Bend estates.

What kind of car do you drive? 2014 Honda Accord Sport.

Smartphone or paper? Call me old school, but paper.

What is your favorite city after Houston? Albuquerque, N.M.

In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry? Plan for success and keep devoted to YOUR master plan.

What’s your favorite real estate iPhone/Android app? RPR app is my go to.
