Houston homebuilders Darling Homes and Taylor Morrison are introducing new home collections at top-selling master-planned community Bridgeland.
Presales for the new homes, located in Bridgeland’s newest neighborhood of Copper Breaks in Parkland Village, began earlier this fall and 34 homes have already sold.
The homes feature open-concept floor plans, owner’s bedroom suites, first floor guest suites, two-story ceilings and up to three-car garages, with optional game and media rooms.
“We are excited to add new products from two highly-acclaimed builders in Darling Homes and Taylor Morrison into additional neighborhoods in Bridgeland,” said The Howard Hughes Corporation Executive VP Heath Melton in a press release. “These home designs perfectly complement the modern vision we have for our forward-thinking master planned community, providing unique, affordable homes along with all the attractive amenities Bridgeland has to offer.”
Darling has debuted its newly developed Milestone Collection on 40-foot homesites with homes starting from the upper-$200s. One- and two-story designs in this collection are not available in any other Houston community and range from approximately 1,400 to 2,400 square feet and feature painted brick and modern stucco elevations.
Darling’s Modernist Collection on 60-foot homesites first launched in the Goose Island neighborhood in Bridgeland’s Parkland Village. A new model home for this collection will debut February. Homes are priced from the mid-$400s and range from approximately 2,700 to 3,300 square feet.
Taylor Morrison’s Endeavor Collection also debuted in Copper Breaks on 60-foot homesites and offers five one- and two-story floor plans ranging in size from approximately 2,200 to 3,100 square feet. Homes in this collection start from the mid-$300s.
Copper Breaks is adjacent to the award-winning Dragonfly Park, a 25-acre park that includes a state-of-the-art activity center, fitness center and fitness pool, lazy river and leisure pool with beach entry.
