Cross Creek Ranch is nearing close-out, with sales beginning in the master-planned community’s final neighborhood, Legacy Ridge.
Legacy Ridge includes 39 homesites with houses from Highland Homes. Eight floor plans are available, ranging in size from 1,582 to 2,815 square feet. Pricing begins in the upper $300,000s.
“It’s incredible to think this is our last section of new homes,” Rob Bamford, senior vice president and general manager of Cross Creek Ranch, said in a press release. “We’re pleased to have this caliber of homes at this price point in Legacy Ridge.”
Bamford expects Cross Creek Ranch to fully sell out in 2025. By that time, the community will be home to approximately 6,000 residences.
