Coventry Homes will offer affordably priced homes in Westridge Cove, a new-home community by Tri Pointe Homes in Conroe.

Homes will be priced from the $200,000s and range from 1,200 to 2,500 square feet. Interior features include flex rooms, game rooms, island kitchens and covered patios.

Sales are expected to begin mid-July, with two model homes slated to open this fall.

“First-time buyers in particular will be pleased with our offerings in this beautiful community,” James Kotzur, division president for Coventry Homes, said in a press release. “Each plan has been carefully selected to appeal to families of all sizes at price points that will fit most budgets.”

Residents will have access to Westridge amenities, including a resort-style pool, fitness center, playground, green spaces and trails. The community is zoned to Conroe Independent School District.
