Toll Brothers will build 15 new homes on 70-foot lots in Sienna, a master-planned community in Missouri City.

The builder is offering one- and two-story floor plans with four to six bedrooms, three to five bedrooms and three- to four-car garages. Exterior design options include classic, farmhouse and transitional styles.

Pricing begins at $600,000.
