Shea Homes was added to the builder lineup at The Grand Prairie, EMBER’s master-planned community in Hockley.
The builder will offer four- and five-bedroom floor plans for 60-foot lots, with pricing starting at $440,000. A model home is projected to open next spring.
“We are extremely excited to welcome Shea Homes into the community,” Joe Grabinski, director of development for EMBER, said in a press release. “Shea Homes and EMBER share similar visions about how communities should be developed and what matters most: the residents that call our communities home.”
Builders already constructing in The Grand Prairie include David Weekley Homes, Lennar, Perry Homes, Sitterle Homes, Village Builders and Westin Homes. Prices range from the mid-$200,000s to over $700,000.
Upon completion, The Grand Prairie will contain over 6,000 new homes.
