Prominent nationwide homebuilder D.R. Horton purchased 42 homesites in Williams Reserve East, a Conroe master-planned community from Ellison Development. D.R. Horton’s purchase means they’ll be the majority builder for the new community.

“We’re excited to welcome a builder well-known for quality construction to Williams Reserve East,” Bill Ellison, founder of Ellison Development, said in a press release.

D.R. Horton’s homesites range in size from 0.75 acres to 1.5 acres. Floor plan and pricing information have not been announced.

Williams Reserve East is D.R. Horton’s fourth Houston-area community, with the builder already developing in Marie Village in Conroe and Williams Trails and Lake Conroe Cove in Willis.
