Developer Manny Mehos announced that Alair Homes Galveston will serve as the preferred custom homebuilder for Roseate Beach, a waterfront master-planned community on Galveston’s West Beach.

“My goal is to create a first-of-its-kind community unlike anything on the island, so I chose to partner with Alair Homes for their extensive coastal experience and commitment to Roseate Beach’s quality standards,” Mehos said in a press release.

Prospective buyers can visit the dedicated Roseate Beach showroom in Alair Homes’ Houston office, which features the builder’s Roseate Beach Collection, designed in collaboration with Rice Residential Design. Floor plans in the collection range from 2,000 to over 4,500 square feet.

160 homesites are available, including 22 beachfront lots.

Nan and Company Properties is serving as the exclusive sales and marketing partner for the development.
