Shea Homes selected additional builders for Wildtree, its self-developed community in Magnolia.

Joining Shea Homes in the community will be Perry Homes on 40-foot lots, Coventry Homes on 50-foot lots, Toll Brothers on 60-foot lots and Newmark Homes on 70-foot lots. Shea Homes will offer homes for all lot sizes.

“We’re excited to have this caliber of builders join us in Wildtree,” Keith Luechtefeld, Shea Homes’ Houston division president, said in a press release. “With such a wide variety of builders and homesites, Wildtree should have something for just about every homebuyer.”

Upon completion, the community will be home to 1,000 new houses. Prices will range from $300,000 to over $800,000.
