Sales have begun at Wildrye, Ashton Woods’ new community located at 22511 Sawyer Mountain Drive in Waller.

The builder is offering one- and two-story homes for 40- and 60-foot lots. Floor plans feature three to four bedrooms, 2.5 to 3.5 bathrooms and two- or three-car garages.

The community will also be home to a slate of amenities including a pool, clubhouse, recreation center and over 130 acres of trails and green space.

Wildrye is zoned to Mary Alice Cure Elementary School, WC Schultz Junior High and Waller High School, all in Waller Independent School District.
