Sales are underway at Indigo Skies, a manufactured home community in Waller from Inspire Communities.

Located at 22000 Field Store Road, the 148-acre community will feature 439 homesites. Eight floor plans are available, ranging from 1,100 to 1,600 square feet with up to three bedrooms and two bathrooms. All residences feature open-concept designs, stainless-steel appliances and front porches.

“Indigo Skies reflects what we believe modern homeownership should look like: attainable, comfortable and connected to a true sense of community,” an Inspire Communities representative said in a press release. “As Waller County continues to grow, we’re excited to provide individuals and families with another path to owning a quality home while enjoying amenities and conveniences that enhance everyday life.”

Community amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, pool, pickleball and basketball court, playground, pavilion and multipurpose room.
