Hands down Jimmy Buffett because he is a smart and savvy business man. From my background in business, I admire how he methodically built his empire versus looking for the fast cash. By my pool.

What do you love most about the industry?
That everyday is a different day with new sets of clients, agent, title rep and lenders all working cohesively to make a transaction come to completion/closing. We all are striving to help our clients realize the American Dream.

How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents?
Because I serve on numerous committees, I think makes my clients look at me in a different light. Source of knowledge for my client on the transaction as well as that I am a total paperless/digital.mobile agent and work to make the transaction efficient. I live stream video to clients to virtually walk them through homes.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job?
Agents that have not continued to raise the bar professionally for themselves or their clients.

Where do you go to network and meet new clients?
Facebook, Twitter and Foursquare.

What has been your greatest accomplishment?
One of my clients called me “Crouching Tiger” because I fought so hard with a homebuilder that did not disclose something to my client and got them their money back.

What was the last good movie you saw or book you read?
Iron Man 3.

What is your favorite restaurant?
No favorites, but I crave House of Nanking in San Francisco.

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Houston?
I like the Franklin lofts.

Ford Expedition EL.

Smartphone or paper?
iPhone/iPad/Mac – no paper! Everything is digital.
