What was your first job in the realty industry? Working the property desk.
What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? Play golf or swim.
Where did you grow up? Des Moines, Iowa.
Growing up, what did you want to be? A Realtor or a banker.
If you could have lunch with a well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? Nostradamus. I find his predictions quite fascinating. Nostradamus’ timeless predictions continue to amaze me.
Where is your favorite place to hang out? Floating on a tube in our community spring fed lake. There are usually sail boats, kayaks and paddle boats around, along with other swimmers, so there is plenty of time to socialize it you want, or just float. It’s great!
What do you love most about the industry? I love the satisfaction gained when all falls into place for my client.
How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? I would say the way I dress, very blinged out western wear.
What is the most difficult aspect of your job? Finding investment property in this market.
Where do you go to network and meet new clients? Pearland Chamber of Commerce events.
What has been you greatest accomplishment? My husband and I closed almost 200 transactions in one year not to long ago.
What was the last good movie you saw or book you read? Jersey boys. Excellent story and music.
What is your favorite restaurant? Morton’s Steak House. Excellent steaks and martini’s!
Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Houston? Williams Tower (formerly Transco Tower).
What kind of car do you drive? Candy red Solara convertible.

What is your favorite city after Houston? Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
What is your advice for someone new to the industry? Work the property desk and hold open houses as much as possible.
