Eden at Sunterra, a new, single-family rental development within the master-planned community of Sunterra, is now open. Sunterra is located in Katy.

Eden includes 266 units and is now leasing residences ranging in size from three to five bedrooms. Prices start from $2,450 to $3,250.

All units have attached two-car garages and private, fenced-in backyards. In-unit features include smart home technologies, Calcutta quartz countertops, waterfall islands, hardwood flooring, mudrooms and laundry rooms with full-sized washers and dryers.

Eden at Sunterra is located minutes from The Retreat, Sunterra’s amenity complex, as well as the Crystal Lagoons amenity, which is currently under construction.

Prospective residents who lease now will receive one month rent-free.
