The Signorelli Company broke ground on the Azalea District at Valley Ranch, a residential community in the Valley Ranch master-planned community in New Caney.
First America Homes, The Signorelli Company’s homebuilding division, is serving as the exclusive builder. The first phase of development includes over 150 lots ranging from 40 to 50 feet wide. Upon completion, the 203-acre Azalea District tract will feature 359 single-family homesites and amenities like a pool, playground, pavilion and walking trails.
Residents will also have access to Valley Ranch amenities, including Valley Ranch Recreation Center and over 240 acres of parks and green spaces, including the Grove nature preserve.
“Azalea District completes the vision for Valley Ranch by delivering the final key components of a truly dynamic community,” Jeff Dewese, president of The Signorelli Company’s land division, said in a press release. “We are creating connected neighborhoods where shopping, dining and entertainment blend with health, wellness and other everyday conveniences to offer residents an exceptional living experience.”
Next to the Azalea District, 125 acres are reserved for the upcoming Azalea commercial development, which is set to feature a healthcare services facility. Elsewhere in the 1,400-acre MPC, projects in the Valley Ranch pipeline include a 210,000-square-foot convention center, set to open late this year.
Valley Ranch is zoned to New Caney Independent School District.
