Patten Title Company opened a new branch office in Beaumont. The news follows Patten’s acquisition of All American Title earlier this month.

Located at 6626 Phelan Blvd., Patten Title Company – Beaumont will be led by Zach Shelton, the newly-appointed regional vice president of Patten’s East Texas Division, and the Boomtown Team.

“Zach embodies Patten Title’s values and work ethic in every sense,” President Eric Fontanot said in a press release. “As we move into the Beaumont market, we are especially excited that Zach has the opportunity to bring his knowledge, experience and relationships back to his hometown.”

Shelton has nine years of experience in the industry, first starting as an escrow assistant after graduating college.

“Beaumont is home, and that makes this opportunity incredibly meaningful,” Shelton said. “I’m excited to get back to my roots and help grow something strong in a community that has meant so much to me.”
