The tower, which rises 20 stories above Bissonnet Street near Rice University, features 134 residences in two- and three-bedroom layouts. Monthly rents start at $9,480, with Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty serving as the project’s exclusive listing partner.

In addition to 10- to 12-foot ceilings, oak flooring, private balconies and walk-in closets, residences feature high-end formal foyers, powder rooms, laundry rooms, home offices and service kitchens. Units are equipped with smart-home technology including Nest thermostats, keyless entry and Sonos speakers.

“The Langley was conceived around the belief that beautiful places lift the human spirit,” M. Stephen Meek, senior vice president of development for StreetLights Residential, said in a press release. “Guided by timeless architectural principles and a deep respect for its surroundings, every design decision was made to enhance the resident experience.”

Meek also called The Langley “a new architectural landmark” for the city of Houston.

Community amenities include a canopy-level pool deck, recently completed in May. FirstService Residential manages day-to-day operations including valet, maintenance and concierge services.
