In an era of AI and technology, Kristen Manz credits her success to her ability to connect with people. “Knowing the balance of when to text and when to call is now a superpower,” she explains. “Sometimes people need to hear a real voice, which can make all the difference in building trust.”
Manz is a team leader, mentor and real estate advisor with the Greater Houston Living Team at eXp Realty, Luxury Division. She represents clients throughout Sugar Land, including Sweetwater, Riverstone, Avalon, Sienna and Fort Bend County, as well as clients throughout Houston in Upper Kirby, River Oaks, Rice Military, the Energy Corridor and Houston Heights.
“I think our tagline says it best: Our clients are our priority, not an inventory,” Manz adds. “We tailor our approach to the customer, and we keep our client list manageable so everyone gets our attention. We are a boutique, not a factory.”
The recipient of guild-level achievements from 2020 to 2025, Manz earned the eXp Realty ICON Award in 2025. Previously serving on the Texas Realtors Leadership Program through the Houston Association of Realtors, she is currently part of the professional development committee. A Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and Texas Realtors Leadership Program graduate, she is a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors in Fort Bend and the Greater Houston Luxury Home Council. In addition, she has served on the board of directors for ServeNow, an international ministry, for almost 10 years.
Thorough and an excellent communicator, Manz is a keen negotiator who works hard for her clients. After becoming empty nesters, she and her husband enjoy taking dance lessons and being active members of the TPC Houston Country Club.
