Before entering real estate, Sterling Brogan began investing in short-term rentals at the age of 27. “That experience gives me a strong foundation and a unique perspective when working with clients, especially those interested in investment properties,” she says. “It allows me to guide them as an agent, as well as someone who has personally gone through the process.”
As a Realtor associate with Nan & Company Properties, Brogan specializes in luxury leasing, single-family homes and investment properties throughout Houston and Galveston. A previous owner of an organizing business that grew into interior and exterior design and remodeling, she can visualize the potential in any property.
“I understand layout, functionality, finishes, staging, curb appeal and the details that make a home more marketable,” Brogan explains. “This gives my clients an added layer of guidance beyond the transaction.” In the process of building a team, she recently brought on Christopher Eldemire as her assistant, adding another layer of knowledge and support for her clients.
Recognized as a top-producing agent at Nan & Company Properties in 2025, Brogan was a lead speaker at the Leading Real Estate Conference in Las Vegas last year. She credits her success to her ability to connect with people, as her clients know they can trust, rely on and communicate with her honestly.
“Real estate allows me to combine my creative eye, my love for people and my interest in building long-term wealth through property,” Brogan shares. “It gives me the opportunity to help my clients see the potential in a home.”
An avid animal lover who enjoys new adventures, Brogan is currently learning how to fly small airplanes. She recently purchased her third Airbnb in Galveston, has traveled to 25 countries and enjoys exploring new spots throughout Houston.
